Where our parcels ship from
Our products are stored and shipped from Europe, never from Asia. That's what lets us deliver in a few days rather than a few weeks, and guarantee items that comply with European standards (CE marking).
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your parcel in real time. The times shown are in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to mainland France. We don't yet deliver to Corsica or the French overseas territories — those destinations involve costs and delays we prefer to master before offering them. Opening up to Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and Germany is planned soon.
A problem with your delivery?
Damaged parcel, broken product, missing item: let us know within 48 hours with photos. We open a file immediately and replace the item. Keep the original box until it's resolved.
