This one has a hood, a fleece lining and is worn like a garment. The other is closer to a throw, with sleeves and a central pocket.
Does it heat up by itself?
No, no electronics: it's a fleece lining that keeps the warmth you produce. For active heat, look at the heated blanket instead.
One size — what does that mean exactly?
A single unisex adult size, oversized cut, 160 cm sleeve span. If you're slight, expect it to be very loose.
How do I wash it?
Machine at 30 °C, then air dry. No tumble dryer on the fleece lining.
