How long before I get used to it?
Three to five nights. The first two can be uncomfortable: your neck picked up habits with the old pillow and has to lose them. If after a week it's still not right, you're still within the 14 days to send it back.
I sleep on my stomach — is it right for me?
No. It will be too high and will push your neck the other way. This pillow is made for back and side sleepers. We'd rather tell you beforehand.
Doesn't memory foam get too warm?
The cover is made of breathable fabric, which helps. But solid foam stays warmer than a fibre pillow: if you get very hot at night, better to know before buying.
How do I wash it?
The cover comes off and goes in the machine at 30 °C. The foam itself doesn't get washed: air it in the open. That's true of all memory foam.
Will it sag like the others?
Viscoelastic foam returns to its shape after every night. A synthetic fibre pillow packs down for good. If yours loses its shape within two years, the legal warranty of conformity applies.
