Do I have to drill to install it?
Not necessarily: the wall mounting and the floor feet are both supplied. If you choose the wall, plan for wall plugs suited to your partition.
It's for my mother, who lives alone — can she install it without me?
Yes, if she chooses the floor-standing option, supplied in the box: nothing to drill, you stand it on the floor and plug it into an ordinary socket. Only the wall mounting requires drilling.
Does it connect to the central heating?
No. It plugs into an ordinary socket, with no connection to the plumbing or the heating circuit.
Can it heat my bathroom?
No, that's not its job. Its consumption is low, comparable to a light bulb: it dries towels and leaves them warm — it doesn't replace a radiator.
If a bar is bent on arrival?
Tell us within 48 hours of receipt. A faulty product is taken back at our expense, and the two-year legal warranty of conformity applies.
