What does it plug into?
USB, 5 V / 1 A, with a detachable 155 cm cable. You can plug it into a computer or a mains adapter.
How hot does it get?
60 °C at most, with several levels and an automatic safety switch-off. Use it barefoot or in socks, never with shoes.
I have little feeling in my feet — can I still use it?
Ask your doctor's advice first: with reduced sensation in the feet, that's the manufacturer's instruction. It's a comfort item, not a medical device, and it goes up to 60 °C.
How do I clean it?
The cover comes off and washes, and the heating element pulls out before cleaning. Unplug it first.
