How long do I heat them, and how long does it last?
1 to 2 minutes in the microwave depending on its power, about 90 seconds on average. The heat lasts roughly an hour. Start short — you can always add 20 seconds.
I take a size 45, will they fit?
No. It's a one-size adult fit that goes up to about a 42; beyond that they'll be too tight.
They're for my mother, who's wary of electrical devices — are they complicated for her?
No: no cord, no socket, nothing to set. 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave and they're ready. The one habit to pick up: start short and add 20 seconds at a time.
How do I clean them?
The inner pouches come out, so the fabric part can be washed. Nothing goes in the machine with the filling inside.
