Does it stay put on an office chair?
Yes, and on a car seat or an armchair too. The base is non-slip, and a handle lets you carry it around.
What is the cut-out at the back for?
It leaves the tailbone unsupported, so the weight spreads over the thighs rather than a single point. It's a matter of geometry, not medicine.
How do I look after it?
The cover comes off and goes in the machine. The gel and the bamboo charcoal foam are cleaned by hand, on the surface.
Will it flatten out after a few weeks?
That's exactly what the honeycomb gel structure avoids: it cushions and returns to its shape, where plain foam packs down. The bamboo charcoal foam on top absorbs moisture and limits odours.
What if I find it too thick once I'm sitting on it?
It's 7 cm thick and 47 × 34 cm. If it doesn't work for you, you have 14 days to send it back without justifying yourself; return shipping is at your expense unless the product is faulty.
