Does it fit on a car seat?
Yes. The strap adjusts up to 140 cm and fixes to most backrests, at the office as in the car. It moves from one seat to another in a few seconds.
How is it different from a foam cushion?
The core is honeycomb-structure TPR gel: it cushions and returns to its shape, where plain foam ends up permanently flattened.
5 cm thick — isn't that too thin?
It's a support that fills the hollow of the lower back, not a full backrest: 38 × 23,5 × 5 cm. If you're after a big thick cushion, this isn't it.
