How do I prepare the cold and the heat?
Allow 1 to 2 hours in the freezer for cold, a few seconds in the microwave for heat. The gel pouch comes out of the cover for that.
Can I put the gel directly on the skin?
No, never when it comes out of the freezer. Always keep the cover between the gel and your skin.
What's the difference compared with a plain gel pack?
A pack on its own has to be held. Here, the pouch slips into a 75 × 24 cm velcro band that holds it on the knee, hands free — and the same pouch works for cold and for heat.
How does it stay on, and how is it washed?
The band measures 75 × 24 cm and closes with adjustable velcro. The cover is washed by hand.
And if the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete?
Tell us within 48 hours, we'll take care of it. That time limit doesn't condition your rights: the 2-year legal warranty of conformity still stands.
