How long does a charge last?
About an hour of continuous use. The battery is 1500 mAh and recharges over USB-C.
How do the hot and cold work?
Two dedicated heads among the six supplied: one that heats, one that cools. Heat is best used before exercise, cold afterwards; the other attachments are used at room temperature.
What are the different attachments for?
Six heads are supplied: the round one for large muscle groups, the pointed one for precise areas. Six speeds too, from 2600 to 3200 percussions per minute, set on the touch screen.
Can I run it over my knee?
No. Never use it on a joint, a protruding bone, or a painful area whose cause you don't know. It's a comfort item, not a medical device.
