I sleep on my back — is it right for me?
No. It's designed for side sleeping only. On your back, the U shape serves no purpose and the height falls in the wrong place.
What does the U shape change for the shoulder?
The hollow makes room for the shoulder instead of squashing it, and the upper part holds the head in line with the spine. It's geometry, not medicine.
I move a lot at night — won't it get in my way?
The U shape cradles the body and is precisely what stops you rolling onto your stomach: that's deliberate. If you're set on changing position freely all night, this pillow isn't for you.
Does the cover wash?
