How does it switch from one position to another?
It's made up of five modules that fold over and lock with a strap. Depending on the fold, it works as lumbar support on the sofa, propping under the knees, or support under the neck for reading.
Why this rather than three separate cushions?
Because it covers all three uses on its own, simply by changing the fold. That said, let's be clear: it's not a pillow for sleeping on all night.
Is it portable?
It measures 40 × 60 × 8,5 cm unfolded and rolls up to carry. It's doable in a car or on a plane, but it's still a pillow: it takes up room in a bag.
Does it go in the machine?
The cover comes off and washes at 30 °C. The filling is cleaned by hand, not in the machine.
And if the folding doesn't win me over in use?
You have 14 days from receipt to send it back, without having to justify yourself. Return costs are at your expense, unless the product is faulty.
