I live far from my mother: does it alert me on my phone?
No, it isn't connected and sends nothing remotely. On the spot, the alarm rings and vibrates up to five times a day, and a glance at the compartments is enough to see what's been opened. No app, so nothing to set up.
Does it need a battery?
A CR2032 battery is included. The case reminds you of the time and keeps each compartment closed until it's opened: it dispenses nothing by itself.
Can I send it back if it doesn't suit?
Yes, 14 days to change your mind, with no justification, with the return at your expense unless the product is faulty. The 2-year legal warranty of conformity applies on top.
