My partner and I don't like the same temperature — can that be set?
Yes. Two zones, two separate controls, three levels each. You each set your own side of the bed.
Does it stop by itself?
It has a timer, an automatic switch-off and overheat protection. It goes under the fitted sheet, never on top.
My bed is 160 × 200 — does it cover the whole mattress?
No. It measures 140 × 160 cm: on a 160 × 200 bed, it warms the area where you sleep, not the edges or the foot of the bed. On a 140 bed, it covers almost the whole surface.
How do I wash it?
In the machine at 30 °C, after unplugging it and removing the two control units.
If the format doesn't suit my bed, can I return it?
Yes, 14 days to change your mind, with no justification. Return shipping remains at your expense, unless the product is faulty.
