How long should it be worn each day?
Start with twenty to thirty minutes, then increase according to how it feels. It is not made to be worn all day: it is a reminder, not permanent support.
Does it show under a shirt?
Under a shirt or a jumper, no. Under a thin, light-coloured t-shirt, the straps can be made out.
Can it go in the washing machine?
No. The manufacturer states hand wash only, because of the rigid structure.
Is it suitable if my back hurts?
