Can I use it somewhere other than the neck?
Yes. The straps let you place it on the shoulders, lower back, thighs or calves. The heat function switches on separately, and it stays gentle.
How do I adjust the pressure?
By pulling more or less firmly on the straps: the harder you pull, the more the six nodes press. There are also three speeds and three modes.
Does it need to be plugged in during use?
No, it runs on a battery, with about 90 minutes of use, and recharges over USB-C. The session stops by itself; restart the device if you want to continue.
Can I take it in the car?
Yes, that's one of the advantages of wireless: about 90 minutes of battery life, no socket to hunt for. Use it while parked or as a passenger, never while driving.
What if it breaks down after a few months?
The legal warranty of conformity covers 2 years, and the hidden defects warranty comes on top. If the device is repaired, the warranty is extended by 6 months. You write to us, we take care of it: there's no one else to contact.
