Is it really for two?
It is 36 cm wide: two heads do not fit on it side by side. The hollow is there for the arm of whoever is holding the other, while the other rests their head on it.
Can the cover be washed?
Yes, it is removable and machine washable. The manufacturer does not state a temperature: go for 30°, as with most polyester covers.
Is it firm?
It is memory foam: it gives under the weight then returns to its shape. Neither soft nor hard, and it takes two or three nights to get used to.
Can you sleep on it alone?
Yes. The hollow is not in the way when you are on it alone, it simply stays unused.
